By accessing or using the Apply Dart browser extension, web application, and associated career intelligence services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Apply Dart provides AI-powered resume tailoring, career intelligence, and application tracking tools (including features like Bullseye AI fit scoring, secure profile normalization, and platform-specific autofill).

• No Public Model Training: Your profile data, custom bullet points, and personal history are strictly protected and never used to train public or third-party AI models.
• Account Isolation & Privacy: Your data remains strictly scoped to your signed-in account and is not visible to other users.

3. Plans, Fees, and Subscriptions

Apply Dart offers free tiers as well as paid subscription plans (Apply Dart Pro) processed securely via our merchant of record, Paddle.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with Apply Dart Pro. Please review our subscription cancellation and refund guidelines below:

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing settings or customer portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period; you will retain access to Pro features until that period expires.
• Refund Window: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are unsatisfied with Apply Dart Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting support.
• Non-Refundable Periods: Except during the initial 14-day window, or where required by applicable local law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued for partially used subscription periods.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal career-seeking purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract source code from the Apply Dart extension or web platform.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or misrepresent identity information in your career profile.
• Share your account credentials or leverage automated bots to abuse platform application workflows.

6. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

• Your Data: You retain full ownership of all resume text, career history, and personal data you input into Apply Dart.
• Platform Rights: Advaitha LLC and Apply Dart retain all rights, title, and interest in the software, branding, AI processing pipelines, and underlying code infrastructure.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• Apply Dart assists with resume optimization and application tracking, but does not guarantee employment, interviews, or recruiter responses.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advaitha LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
