• Billing Information: Payment details processed securely via our third-party merchant of record, Paddle (we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers).

We use your data solely to deliver and improve the Service, including:

• Generating AI-driven fit scores (Bullseye AI) and tailoring resume bullet points while preserving your real performance metrics.
• Powering the automated application and autofill pipeline on supported platforms.

4. Zero Public AI Model Training

Your data belongs to you. We enforce a strict privacy boundary regarding artificial intelligence:

• Your profile data, custom bullet points, career history, and tailored resumes are never used to train public models, shared LLMs, or third-party datasets.
• AI processing operations are isolated strictly to providing direct, individualized utility for your active account session.

5. Data Security & Account Isolation

• Account Isolation: Your career data is strictly scoped to your authenticated account and is completely invisible to other users.
• Immutable Snapshots: Finalized resume versions generated for specific job applications are stored as secure, verifiable JSON and PDF snapshots.
• No Direct Inbox Access: Instead of requesting full OAuth permissions to your email provider, Apply Dart uses a single custom forwarding rule (@sync.applydart.com) to track recruiter correspondence securely.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or career data. We may share limited information only in the following restricted circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted infrastructure, database, and payment partners (such as Paddle) necessary to operate the platform under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Advaitha LLC, our users, or the public.

You maintain control over your information:

• Access & Update: You can view, edit, or update your profile information and career history at any time through your account dashboard.
